Shipping Policy

At Noor Jewellery, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery may take additional time, which will be communicated in advance.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship all over Pakistan.

  • (Optional) International shipping may be added in the future.

3. Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other cities/remote areas: 3–6 working days
    Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • (Example – adjust as needed):

    • Flat rate shipping: PKR _200__

    • Free shipping on orders above PKR _10,000

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most cities across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure the correct address and active phone number for COD orders.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier services usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be cancelled or reshipped with additional charges.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

  • Noor Jewellery is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • All jewellery is carefully packed before dispatch.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

  • Noor Jewellery is not responsible for delays or loss caused by the courier after dispatch, but we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • All jewellery is shipped in secure and elegant packaging to ensure safety and presentation.

نور جیولری میں ہم آپ کے آرڈرز کو محفوظ اور بروقت پاکستان بھر میں پہنچانے کی پوری کوشش کرتے ہیں۔

1. آرڈر کی تیاری کا وقت

  • تمام آرڈرز کی تیاری 1 سے 3 ورکنگ دن میں کی جاتی ہے۔

  • اتوار یا سرکاری چھٹی کے دن دیے گئے آرڈرز اگلے ورکنگ دن پروسیس کیے جاتے ہیں۔

  • کسٹمائز یا آرڈر پر تیار کی جانے والی جیولری کے لیے اضافی وقت لگ سکتا ہے، جس کی پیشگی اطلاع دی جائے گی۔

2. ڈیلیوری کے مقامات

  • ہم پاکستان بھر میں ڈیلیوری فراہم کرتے ہیں۔

  • (اختیاری) مستقبل میں انٹرنیشنل شپنگ متعارف کروائی جا سکتی ہے۔

3. ڈیلیوری کا دورانیہ

  • بڑے شہر: 2 سے 4 ورکنگ دن

  • دیگر شہر / دور دراز علاقے: 3 سے 6 ورکنگ دن
    ڈیلیوری میں تاخیر موسم، کورئیر سروس یا دیگر غیر متوقع حالات کی وجہ سے ہو سکتی ہے۔

4. شپنگ چارجز

  • شپنگ چارجز آرڈر کے وقت بتائے جاتے ہیں۔

  • (مثال – اپنی ضرورت کے مطابق تبدیل کریں):

    • فلیٹ ریٹ شپنگ: ___200 روپے

    • __10,000_ روپے سے زائد آرڈر پر فری شپنگ (اگر دستیاب ہو)

5. کیش آن ڈیلیوری (COD)

  • پاکستان کے زیادہ تر شہروں میں کیش آن ڈیلیوری دستیاب ہے۔

  • براہِ کرم درست پتہ اور فعال موبائل نمبر فراہم کریں۔

6. آرڈر ٹریکنگ

  • آرڈر ڈسپیچ ہونے کے بعد ٹریکنگ نمبر SMS یا واٹس ایپ کے ذریعے فراہم کیا جائے گا۔

  • آپ کورئیر کمپنی کی ویب سائٹ پر اپنا آرڈر ٹریک کر سکتے ہیں۔

7. ڈیلیوری کی کوششیں

  • کورئیر سروس عام طور پر 2 سے 3 مرتبہ ڈیلیوری کی کوشش کرتی ہے۔

  • اگر غلط معلومات یا دستیابی نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے ڈیلیوری ناکام ہو تو آرڈر منسوخ یا اضافی چارجز کے ساتھ دوبارہ بھیجا جا سکتا ہے۔

8. درست پتہ فراہم کرنا

  • درست اور مکمل پتہ فراہم کرنا گاہک کی ذمہ داری ہے۔

  • غلط معلومات کی وجہ سے ہونے والی تاخیر یا مسئلے کی ذمہ داری نور جیولری پر نہیں ہوگی۔

9. خراب یا گمشدہ پارسل

  • تمام جیولری محفوظ اور خوبصورت پیکنگ میں بھیجی جاتی ہے۔

  • اگر پارسل خراب حالت میں یا غلط موصول ہو تو 24 گھنٹوں کے اندر تصاویر کے ساتھ ہم سے رابطہ کریں۔

  • ڈسپیچ کے بعد کورئیر کی وجہ سے ہونے والی تاخیر یا نقصان کی براہِ راست ذمہ داری نور جیولری پر نہیں ہوگی، تاہم ہم مکمل تعاون کریں گے۔

10. پیکنگ

  • تمام جیولری کو محفوظ اور معیاری پیکنگ میں بھیجا جاتا ہے تاکہ حفاظت اور خوبصورتی برقرار رہے۔
