2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours with:

Clear photos or video of the product

Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved, we will offer:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
4. Refund Method

For online payments, refunds will be sent to the original payment method or bank account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of approved return due to our error, return shipping will be covered by Noor Jewellery.

If the return is due to customer error, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
